Cyan Monday
Don't forget 'Blue Monday's is consumerist drivel. It's just another day we are lucky to see. Especially if you can get out in nature. pic.twitter.com/aCfMD4sirY

Well today's the day. The worst of days for those in the Global North, apparently. Blue Monday comes round again.
The tweet above was the random top return when clicking on what's 'trending'. Alluding to the fact this 'most depressing day of the year' label could well be part conceit of the travel trade to make us rush to book that getaway trip asap.
In my recent annual chart review I included this sunnier thought (at very foot of page) that lightness is but a few days away.
Ever since I first heard of this way back, I've tended to reference it with prospects. In a knowing manner. As in, 'tomorrow will be better, right' way. After all, talking with me, come dawn they'll be one day closer to getting what they want.
It reminds me a touch of handling the stall objection.
When there forever seems some presence or other blocking out the horizon.
In which case you've likely met someone without present bandwidth, acute enough personal pain or sheer will.
Even if they realise a need may press, the day may be too dark to contemplate looking out their window. When being put off, strands outside the 'stall' routine can be heard.
What you hoping will change between now and then?
When do priorities get reset?
Where you think your path will've then opened up?
Be wary that these in isolation seldom work.
With a prospect I felt kinship with once, I asked what was an equivalent Blue Monday date over the past year or so for their business. Turns out there was such a day. That gave us something uniquely concrete to work with on our project.
You may well be able to ID similar. Turning today ever so slightly away from a certain shade of Blue.
