I came across this three-part plan accredited to a speaker named Tom Ehrenfeld.
The WHAT? is (& explains) the content.
The SO WHAT? is why the content matters.
And the PROVE IT! provides the credibility.
One of my crusades rails against the all too often woeful documentation produced by salespeople.
Applying even this simple triple sided discipline would help improve most emails. Ones that right now are going off blind.
