Just imagine what buyers say in turn about sellers. Ouch.
In a widely reported survey this week (here’s a brief summary) people are more likely to be deceptive as the day wears on.
Perhaps there is something in lunching that makes our self-control wane.
So the advice is crystal clear.
To avoid being mislead by anything other than views of the highest integrity and probity, have that vital chat or crucial meeting as early in the day as possible.
When it comes to the truth, it seems that the early Sales bird may indeed catch the possibly elusive worm of purchasing honesty.
